What to do on St. Patrick’s Day in Sudbury
There’s a lot happening on St. Patrick’s Day in Downtown Sudbury. It’s better this time due to the day falling on a Sunday.

Peddlers Pub – Cedar
Live music throughout the day at downtown’s classic Irish Pub, featuring Thea May & Almost Irish and Billy John and the Irish Wake. Lunch service begins at 11am, music is to begin at 2pm.
St Andrew’s Place – Larch
12pm in the 2nd floor gym, St. Andrew’s Place is hosting a St. Patrick’s Day Luncheon featuring music by The No Name Band. Entrance fee is only $8
The Townehouse Tavern – Elgin
Starting at 5:30pm the Townehouse Tavern will have Billy John and the Irish Wake performing their annual St. Patrick’s Day show.
Little Montreal – Elgin
Doors open at 5pm for St. Patrick’s day celebration featuring:
Rodney Meilleur – 5pm to 7:30pm
Irish Heritage Club of Sudbury Youth Dancers – 8pm to 8:30pm
Rodney Meilleur & Jason Meilleur – 9pm to 12am
Zigs Bar – Elgin
Sudbury’s most inclusive bar is hosting a St. Patrick’s day party starting at 9pm, featuring DJ Booma. Cash prizes available to be won in a ‘jig off’.
The Grand – Elgin
Doors open at 10pm– St Patrick’s day party with a $500 cash prize, free coat check and no cover. 19+
Join The Grand for Round 2 on Saturday, with hourly drink specials.
The Coulson Nightclub – Larch
Boasting ‘Sudbury’s Biggest St.Paddy’s BASH’ featuring Live Band “Riff Raff” starting at 10pm. No Cover and Party favors.
