Family Fitness Program – Zumba
→ Every Tuesday night in the C.R. Judd gym, Zumba and Pound Fitness instructors will lead you and your kids in a fun and invigorating workout! Refreshments are provided. This event is proudly sponsored by the C.R. Judd Parent Council in partnership with Our Children Our Future and OCOF Early On Capreol.
→ Located at C.R. Judd P.S. – 8 Lincoln Cresent, Capreol.
→ Occurs every second Tuesday on April 2, 2019 to June 25, 2019
from 6:30 p.m to 7:30 p.m.

Cooking with Kids
→ Children between the ages 2.5 to 12 years old will have the opportunity to learn basic cooking skills by preparing pre-selected recipes with the support from their accompanied parent/caregiver. Registration is required. Please call the office for more information.
